CUNY's only accredited art museum, with a permanent collection spanning 6,000 years. The building is on the Queens College campus, which itself is a pleasant walk through grassy quads. The ancient Egyptian and Greek artifacts are the surprise highlights. Virtually unknown even to most New Yorkers.
