Make a visit of it
Right at the top of Museum Mile at 110th, across from the Harlem Meer in Central Park. The programming is pan-African -- art, policy, culture. The cafe is a destination in itself. Combine with El Museo and MCNY for a free triple-header.
After: Red Rooster (American/Soul, $16-32). Marcus Samuelsson's Harlem flagship on Lenox. Cornbread and fried chicken. Sunday gospel brunch is legendary but book ahead.
