Make a visit of it
Everyone rushes to Starry Night on the 5th floor. Start on 2 (media/performance) where it's empty, then work up. The sculpture garden is open late on Free Fridays and gorgeous after dark.
After: Xi'an Famous Foods (noodles, $8-14). Hand-pulled noodles 5 min walk on 8th Ave. Get the spicy cumin lamb noodles before your visit.
