Make a visit of it
The outdoor terraces on floors 6, 7, and 8 face the Hudson -- go at sunset during PWYW Fridays. The 8th floor has the best view and almost nobody goes up there.
After: Corner Bistro (bar, $). w 4th at jane, 8 min walk north. last of the village dive bars. the bistro burger is cash only and worth every greasy second. cheap beer, no frills.
